Sheet Metal Products
Precision bending, welding, and machining of sheet metal components in steel, stainless steel, and high-strength alloys. From prototypes to serial production, we deliver finished parts ready for assembly.
Overview
From Flat Sheet to Finished Part
MegaMETA provides complete sheet metal fabrication services, combining precision bending, welding, and machining into a single production chain. We work with standard structural steels, high-strength Strenx® and HARDOX® grades, and stainless steel to produce components ranging from simple brackets to complex welded assemblies.
State-of-the-art bending equipment at our partner facilities handles precise angle and curve creation for complex shapes, while integrated welding and post-bend machining ensure every part meets tight dimensional tolerances. Whether you need a single prototype or a recurring serial order, we manage the full workflow from material procurement through final inspection.

Capabilities
Integrated Sheet Metal Processes
Process 01
Precision Bending
CNC press brake bending for precise angles, curves, and complex profiles. We handle thin gauge through heavy plate with repeatable accuracy across full production runs.
Process 02
Welding & Joining
Spot welding, TIG, and MIG welding for durable structural joints. Our certified welders assemble sheet metal components into complex frameworks and housings with full traceability.
Process 03
Post-Bend Machining
Drilling, milling, and turning operations on formed parts to achieve tight tolerances and precise hole patterns. Finished parts are delivered ready for assembly or surface treatment.
Materials
Sheet Metal Grades We Process
We work with a broad range of sheet and plate materials, selecting the optimal grade for each application based on strength, corrosion resistance, and formability requirements.
| Material | Typical Grades | Applications |
|---|---|---|
| Structural Steel | S235, S355, S460 | Frames, brackets, housings, structural assemblies |
| High-Strength Steel | Strenx® 700, 900, 1100 | Load-bearing structures, crane components, heavy equipment |
| Wear-Resistant Steel | HARDOX® 400, 450, 500 | Liners, buckets, chutes, abrasion-exposed parts |
| Stainless Steel | 304, 316, 430 | Food-grade equipment, chemical tanks, architectural elements |
| Aluminum | 5052, 5083, 6061 | Lightweight enclosures, panels, marine components |

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
We process sheet and plate from thin gauge (0.5 mm) through heavy plate (up to 25 mm+), depending on material grade and bending requirements.
Our CNC press brakes deliver angular accuracy within ±0.5° and positional repeatability within ±0.1 mm across full production runs.
Yes. We regularly bend, weld, and machine Strenx (700-1100 MPa) and HARDOX (400-500) grades using tooling and parameters matched to their mechanical properties.
Yes. We combine bending, welding, machining, and surface treatment into a single production chain, delivering assembled and finished components ready for installation.
We work from 2D technical drawings (PDF, DXF, DWG) and 3D CAD models (STEP, IGES, Solidworks) with full dimensional and tolerance specifications.
We have no strict minimum. We handle single prototypes, small batches for testing, and recurring serial orders with equal attention to quality and lead time.
Yes. We supply mill certificates (EN 10204 3.1), dimensional inspection reports, and weld documentation as part of our standard quality package.
