Overview
Multi-Axis Precision for Complex Geometries
MegaMETA is an industrial machining service provider coordinating precision CNC parts through a vetted partner network. Experienced programmers work directly from your 3D models and engineering drawings to optimize tool paths for quality, efficiency, and cost — across partner machining centers capable of handling parts from small precision components to large structural elements.
We deliver complete CNC turning and milling services covering the full production cycle — from material procurement and programming through machining, finishing, and controlled inspection. Our integrated approach combines a wide scope of partner technologies, enabling cost-efficient production for prototypes, small batches, and series manufacturing. Quality control, reliable delivery, and effective communication are managed by MegaMETA at every step.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
We supply precision CNC parts to tight tolerances depending on material and geometry, based strictly on technical drawings and engineering requirements. Our production partners routinely achieve tolerances to +/-0.005 mm.
Yes. Our CNC machining services cover single prototypes, low-volume production, and series manufacturing with consistent repeatability — with cost-efficient production for prototypes, small batches, and series runs coordinated through our partner network.
We work from detailed technical drawings and standard CAD formats including STEP, IGES, and DXF to ensure machining accuracy and production efficiency.
CNC milling is used for complex shapes and multi-surface components, while CNC turning is ideal for rotational and cylindrical parts requiring concentric accuracy. Both are available through our partner network.
Yes. We provide quality control documentation including material certificates (EN 10204 3.1), dimensional inspection reports, and full traceability records according to project and industry requirements.
Production uses calibrated CNC equipment, controlled tooling processes, and repeatable machining parameters to maintain dimensional stability across production runs. MegaMETA oversees quality control and delivery at every stage.
Yes. Available CNC machining capability includes aluminium alloys, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper, and various engineering plastics such as POM, PEEK, and nylon — all sourced through our qualified production partners.
