Gear Production Process

Technical Review

We analyze your gear drawing or specification, confirm the quality grade, material, heat treatment, and discuss any design optimization opportunities before coordinating with production partners.

Blank Preparation

Gear blanks are turned to specification, including bore, face, and reference diameters. Keyways and splines are cut as required.

Tooth Cutting

Gear teeth are generated using hobbing or shaping processes, selected based on the gear type and geometry requirements.

Heat Treatment

Gears undergo the specified heat treatment process to achieve the required surface hardness and core toughness.

Finishing & Grinding

Hard finishing of tooth flanks by grinding or honing to the final quality grade. Bore and face grinding to final tolerances.

Inspection & Delivery

Full gear measurement report generated. Parts are protected, packaged, and shipped with all documentation. Quality control, reliable delivery, and effective communication throughout.
